We attach great importance to this stage of the purchase process which should only be undertaken once we fully understand your needs and expectations. With resale properties especially, you will be in a much stonger position at the the negotiation table if you can demonstrate that the you are ready, willing and able to do the deal.
To this end we will assist in evaluating your budget and, should financing be required, advise if this would be best achieved in the country of purchase or sourced closer to home. Interest rates vary substanially across the range of countries on offer, so this decision must be taken on a case by case basis, taking into account other variables such as exchange rate fluctuations and tax implications.
Once we have agreed the dates for your visit we will organise your flights. airport meet and greet, resort hotel and the inspections themselves in such a way as to leave you time to sample the lifestyle in the destination of your choice.
